Project scheduler
Use Project Scheduler to easily and quickly create a professional custom schedule for your project. First, print the Schedule Questionnaire and have your contractor complete the document. Once you have the completed questionnaire, use the information provided by your contractor to create your project schedule by entering the information into Project Scheduler. Your professional schedule will be created automatically after you enter the information.
Step 1: Obtain schedule information
Most of the information for your schedule will come from your contractor. Print the questionnaire and have your contractor complete it promptly. Any items he cannot complete can be entered at a later time after you save the schedule. All items within the saved schedule can be later time. See Chapter 4 of the book for more information about scheduling.
